That meal up there is exactly what my Italian grandma would make for any and all occasions. Well.. if I had an Italian grandma, I know that meal would totally be her thing. So absolutely delicious. Kind of like those mojitos we enjoyed later in the day. Or really this whole day in general. Seeing Rome via Vespa was like a dream. Except, you know, it actually happened and it was amazing.
