Festival pictures are usually full of cotton candy, petting zoos, and ferris wheels – but not this time. Because what made this trip to the festival special is those that we shared it with. And that was evident when I looked back through my pictures and realized that's all I really captured. Sure, there's a potato covered in a creamy sauce and bacon (
omgsogood) – but it's the memory of enjoying it with one of my favorite people around that's so vivid to me. It's laughing over spilled wine with Katya, my friend Mara teaching me a little French, and dancing with David that made this evening so special.
